If someone could find John Crichton and send him right over here, I’d be ever so grateful. He’s currently holding up two fics, one of which is DYING to be finished.

So if any Nebari, Peacekeepers, or Scarrans have captured him, could he please be lent to me for around six hours?

Things I Need to Do:
- finish damned alligator alley before it steals my soul

- get another temp job for the next couple of weeks

- make sure my fall job is lined up

- finish reading Ovid’s Metamorphoses

- kidnap Nar for fun times, food, my fabulous cooking, and running of the muck in NYC

- stop get sidelined by The Original Fic That Will Take An Entire Year to Chart, Outline, and Write because I’m really not ready to tackle everything that I need to do for that novel

- stop writing poetry. I’m not good at writing poetry

- buy the Donnie Darko soundtrack

-dream about buying Farscape dvds, even though I have almost all of the eps on tape

-stop acting like a hermit

I'll probably only accomplish three of those things, but that's better than nothing.

I love procrastinating. I think I started with my fanfic, because I missed having a project I could put off and not feel so bad about... or not get fired for.

Hey, I'll have no hiding 'round about these parts. Seriously, take your time, it's all good, as the youngsters say. *g*

I love procrastinating.

Oh, as do I, my friend, as do I.

I once finished an essay for my Chaucer class five minutes before class started. In an hour. After I told a classmate in the previous class that I hadn't finished my essay.

I printed it, handed it in, and got an A.

Er, but that's not a *good* thing to do. It was bad, very bad.

I'm a queen of procrastination.

Yeah. By my senior year, I realized it was silly to pull all nighters, when I was going to procrastinate anyway. So I started going to sleep early, and then waking up around 5 or 6 AM. So I got to do my last-minute writing on a few hours rest.

Plus it made the procrastinating that much sweeter.

I'm gonna eat that bananna, lunchtime be damned.
I'm a bad, bad boy.

See, my mother always warned me that my procrastination would come back to bite me in the ass one day. But so far, the only lesson I've learned is that I ::can:: go out all week and get a good grade! I don't think that's what my mother wanted me to learn...
