My favorite part of Christmas is my mom's cheesecake. Fact. Also I am hideously underprepared and need to write out my grocery lists for Christmas & New Years. I'm making paella and I think I don't have a damn thing except for the saffron and chicken stock. That doesn't even make a soup.
